There are endless possibilities to for things to do. Within a day trip you will find possibilities such as fly fishing, rafting, and trekking. The local market is always good for both exploring the local food and finding some good deals on local products. We must warn you that after dark there will be limited things to do, and thus Ensenada is more for getting away from it all or a nice day trip from the larger towns.

You most likely will have to work hard for something to do at night. Local bars and restaurants will mostly be on the quiet side, but after a full day this might be a blessing. Look to bigger towns around the lake for the vida loca.
