Big and small, there are numerous Agencies available. The big agencies will be more full service, but less personal. The small agencies will be far more personalized, and more likely to specialize in particular activities. In every town, a great source of information is the Government Tourism Office, Sernatur (Servicio Nacional del Turismo). For Ensenada, you will have to depend more on the bigger towns around the lake and in Puerto Montt.
