Most of the seafood served around Lake Budi, is caught the same day by the fishermen in the community. Some of the restaurants even catch their own. Around Lake Budi and the Puerto Saavedra Coast, there is some of the best, cheapest, and freshest seafood we have found anywhere in Chile. The setting just makes the food tast better. |  |
