The Cruces de Los Andes Race is run every year at various points across the Chilean / Argentina boarder. The international boarder crossing 10 kilometers from Futaleufu, Chile was chosen for the final day of the 2007 race.

The recent race started in Esquel Argentina, and over the course of three days arrived to a big reception in the town of Futaleufú. The race ending was also culmination of weekend in Futaleufú filled with festivals and rodeos, as the Futaleufu week.
