Basically, if it is Chilean and good, she cooks it better. The Criollito has all the typical foods of Chile, done with class, while preserving the original Araucanía style of cooking typical Chilean plates.

When it comes to people recommending restaurants, you are kind of at the mercy of the personal taste of the person making the recommendation. However, under the circumstances, we took this one very seriously. Our waiter, at a different and much more expensive restaurant, was the first to mention the “El Criollito” to us. The Criollito is located in the center of Municipal Market in downtown Temuco. Since then, everyone we have asked about the Criollito has also endorsed it as one of the best restaurants in Temuco. So, we thought we would look into it.
