Having tried many ice cream shops in Temuco I had lost all faith until I discovered this hidden jewel completely by accident. All the employees are family so it creates a warm environment. You can sample any flavor on request.  The flavor “manjar” is actually dulce de leche imported from Argentina. It is rich and creamy and not over the top sugary. A perfect balance of texture and flavor.

Their process of making  ice cream uses all natural ingredients with no artificial flavorings, colorings, water or preservatives.  It is well worth the calories and a treat fit for royalty. Don't let the less than glamorous exterior and non sparkly interior deter you from visiting this family owned and operated treasure.
